Disclaimer

• We organise and present information. We do not give financial, investment, tax, legal or lending advice, and we do not make decisions for you.
• Reports are prepared from the data you supply. We do not audit or verify it, and errors in your data carry into the reports.
• We use the best information available when each report is prepared. Forecasts, estimates and tax computations rest on assumptions and may turn out wrong.
• Every decision you take, or don't take, using our reports is yours, and so are its results.
• If you share a report with a bank, investor or anyone else, you do so at your own risk; they may not rely on it against us.

What you get

A monthly management report built from the data you send: a one-page dashboard with actions, profit and loss against budget, balance sheet, cash flow and a KPI scorecard. Standard adds a 13-week cash forecast, a receivables and payables action page, and one review call a month of up to 20 minutes; unused calls do not carry over. Plus adds three cash scenarios, a mid-month update of the cash forecast, VAT return preparation at no extra charge (one return per filing period), and a quarterly check of bank covenant ratios.

Add-on services

Add-on services (zakat computation, VAT return preparation and withholding tax schedules) are listed with their price and scope on this website.

• Each service covers what its listing says, with one round of changes.
• Tax and zakat work is preparation only. You or your accountant file and pay.

Anything outside a plan or a listed service is quoted in writing before we start.

What we don't do

• Audit, review or any other assurance work
• Statutory financial statements for filing
• Filing returns with, or paying, ZATCA or any other authority
• Legal, investment, lending or valuation advice
• Bookkeeping, payroll or making payments for you

Reports are management information based on your unaudited data. We do not verify your underlying records.

Your part

Send complete data by the 5th working day of each month. If data arrives late, delivery moves by the same number of days.

You remain responsible for your accounting records, your decisions, and filing and paying your taxes and zakat.

Free first dashboard

One free dashboard per company, with no obligation to subscribe. If you don't subscribe, we delete your data within 30 days.

Prices and payment

Essentials USD 89, Standard USD 149 and Plus USD 249 a month, paid in advance through a Payoneer payment request by card, PayPal or bank transfer.

Add-on services are priced as listed on this website and paid in advance.

Prices are net. You pay any payment or transfer fees. If your country requires withholding tax on our fee, you add it so we receive the full fee, and you pay it to your tax authority.

We issue an invoice for every payment. Prices are fixed for your first 6 months; after that they may change with 30 days' notice by email.

If payment is not received within 7 days of the payment request, we pause the service and hold reports until it is paid.

Cancelling

The service runs month to month. Cancel at any time by email with 30 days' notice. Refunds are covered in our Refund policy.

When we may end the service

• Immediately, if fees are more than 14 days overdue
• Immediately, if data you send is false or misleading, or if our team is treated abusively
• With 30 days' notice, for any other reason

Fees for work already started remain payable.

Card disputes

Disputing a card payment for a month whose work has started breaches these terms. We will suspend the service and send the payment provider our evidence of delivery.

Confidentiality

We sign a confidentiality agreement with you before receiving any data. How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy policy.

Ownership

You own your data and the reports we deliver. We keep ownership of our templates, formulas and methods, and you may use the delivered files for your internal purposes.

Liability

• We are not liable for any loss arising from the use of, or reliance on, our reports. This includes lost profit, revenue or opportunity; tax penalties, fines or interest; and any indirect or consequential loss.
• In any event, our total liability for all claims together is limited to the fee you paid for the month the claim relates to.
• Any claim must be made in writing within 30 days of delivery of the report concerned.
• Nothing in these terms excludes liability that the law does not allow to be excluded, such as for fraud.

Governing law

The laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan govern these terms, and the courts of Amman settle any dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Subscribers get 30 days' notice by email of any material change.
